By 60, I had developed healthy eating habits, but had gained unwanted weight over the last decade. I needed a low impact exercise program that was challenging, flexible, and easy to maintain. Curves meets all these requirements in a comfortable, non-competitive setting. Month by month I have lost weight and inches, gained strength, improved my posture, and experienced a renewed sense of empowerment. The flexible club hours allow me to create a convenient workout schedule. The Smart program is motivating and coaches me to exercise at the optimum level for my personal fitness profile.
Of course, nothing motivates like success. When I started the program, Donna told me that 11 weeks was the average turning point for members to see results. Sure enough, the "magic" happened for me as predicted. I expect to continue losing weight as I challenge my body to move to the music. I am committed to maintaining fitness and health, and Curves has become an important part of the process.
